There’s nothing better then starting your day with an authentic breakfast with farm products and delicacies prepared by Ivan Dapunt, our chef and owner of the Residence, who will also be ready to delight you with typical dishes from the Ladin cuisine at our family restaurant, not far away from our Residence.

On the second floor of the Residence Lersc***, overlooking the Dolomites and the surrounding pastures, we will treat you to homemade cakes and jams, a variety of local farm cheeses, milk and yogurt, local South Tyrolean cold meats, fresh baked local bread, fresh fruits and fresh eggs.

Not to mention the “Lersc cake”: simply ask our chef Ivan for the recipe so that you can bake it once back at home and savour again the delight of your holiday in Alta Badia!

Everyday delivery of fresh bread and milk at your doorstep can be arranged on request and at an additional fee.

Quality food with the cuisine

Ivan Dapunt, chef and, along with Monica, owner of the Residence Lersc***, divides his time between the kitchen at our residence, preparing delightful breakfast for its guests, and the kitchen at the family restaurant at the Hotel San Leonardo, which is situated only 200 meters away from the Residence.

Out of all of his dishes, the most appreciated ones are the typical Ladin ones, such as the “Bales y golasc” (homemade dumplings with goulasch), regional specialities such as veal or pork shank, cheese or meat fondue, game meat dishes and strudel, but most of all, the homemade pasta with game ragout or wild and chanterelle mushrooms. “Tagliatelle” noodles, “tagliolini” noodles, “ravioli”… and have you ever tasted the famous “straccetti” noodles made of potato pastry with mountain herbs carpaccio? For all our guests we reserve a special discount of 10% on all à la carte dishes: alternatively you can choose the fixed menu at the same price reserved for the hotel guests. Not to mention the special pizza prepared in the wood oven, carefully cooked by our great pizza man Luca!
